I included some 2013 pics although things have probably changed in most of the rooms and of course the exterior looks better without the old siding.
The setting and acreage are PERFECT. Plus a barn. The exterior is wonderful, esp the HOME on the front porch bracket. The inside….er.Sigh
This house was built for William T. Lawrence (1854-1923), a farmer with 150 acres here whose interests included the local telephone and farm insurance companies. He was also a church elder and justice of the peace. Originally the Manley farm, the land was purchased by Lawrence’s father in 1854.
If you look at the street view from Sep 2013, you can see two massive holes on the side of the house. In the latest street view, you can see where they were repaired.

The owners of this house have done quite a bit of work on it since 2013. New fence, repaired the side, and worked on the barn.

Maybe the holes were steel beams put in? Seems to line up with the flooring. I’m only guessing, don’t know the story.
Yes, that’s the way replacement beams are put in, steel or laminated. The architects of the day were proficient in structural engineering, but didn’t have computer modeling and mistakes were made.
There are some great spaces, actually a lot of space, not to mention the barn. I can see a lot of work but a lot of potential.
you’d never run out of space in that place and plenty of storage too. would make a great artist community living space
“Historic property with lots of potential” is almost a cliche` sometimes, but here that statement does seem applicable. It’s always disappointing to see a house where a substantial amount of renovation work has been done but not completed. However, a plus for this one is that it was not left in a gutted state. Numerous outbuildings remain with the 6.43 acres and I suspect this property once had far more land and was a family’s working farm. No one would build such a large barn and silos with less than 7 acres.
No mention of bathrooms. Are there any?

I’m not sure, that would be an agent question.
