A pretty nice old house with nice interior features which maybe makes more sense as is than as a $300k house restored with a period-correct wood exterior and backdated interior. I’d love to see it though!

This looks like a quick flip. Everything is Lowes or Home Depot. 2 Kitchens (apartments?). The front porch ‘deck’ needs to come off. It had a simple porch on the side and that “thing’ running across the front ruins the facade. Cheap replacement windows and who knows what under that siding. I suspect there may be some good floors under carpet. Price looks ‘optimistic’ based on condition and work to be done

Pull up all that carpet and re-do the wood floors or replace with strip flooring, put in a period kitchen (didn’t get to see the baths?) and it will look great!

Would love to see a pic of this one from way back when! Pretty even though it needs work

While the house inside and out is about average for a home of the period, I do like the Ice Box whether it is original or not. By visually removing the additions on the exterior, I think this might be a planbook house.
