This property sold "As Is". It is a wonderful historic property and is in need of significant renovation and repair. This was a Sears "kit" house that was delivered to Deer Lodge on a rail car and built in place. Has many of the old Victorian characteristics and will make a great restoration project. It's located in an area of nice homes next to the Community Garden and the ball field. When complete this will be another outstanding example of historic architecture in Deer Lodge.
