I don’t love the interior, but wow, what a great, exuberant exterior this one has!

Gotta love it that “the property is being sold where is”. Guess these houses move around and run away sometimes. But this is one that I would chase down; a great house and a great price.

“Guess these houses move around and run away sometimes.” Surely there’s a children’s book there somewhere….

There seems to be a large parking lot right behind the house, and sure enough, if you look on Google Maps, the house backs up to a big middle school and parking lot. Still, with a good fence I’m sure it wouldn’t be too bad.

This is a planbook design house. (almost certain, but I do not know who the architect is) There are 3 very similar houses in Ohio for this design. Small… but beautiful!
