7 W Lost Lake Rd, Havillah (Tonasket), WA 98855

The historic Flour Mill in Havillah. It was also a school and general store. Converted into a home this is a very unique property. The original charm of the building remains with the conveniences of modern life. Located in the Okanogan Highlands and surrounded by recreation while still close to town. The building was constructed using heavy beams and local milled lumber. There are wood floors under the carpeting. Great views of Bonaparte Mountain and the valley. Very spacious inside upstairs and on the main level. The basement is large and mostly finished. There is a small garage/shop and a nice sized mostly flat usable lot.
