Small town livin'. .. Folks this home is the kind of home many people dream of. It's definitely in need of some love and care, but in its current shape it's livable - Matter of fact someone just moved out. If this home could talk it would tell you that it's looking for that special person to bring it back to its former glory - If you can swing a paint brush that's half of it. I would sand all the hardwood and replace the carpet, but we just saw a home straight out of the 70s sell because it was straight out of the 70s. .. so who am I to say. Great big home in the heart of town 3 bed 2 bath. All kinds of woodwork from the period it was built. Working antique pocket doors, 10 foot ceilings. .. it goes on. So much character it could be in a Mark Twain Novel. I encourage everyone to take a look this house is special.
