LOCATED IN FAST GROWING ROCKDALE! This 1908 built home has been owned by the same family for 3 generations! Official Texas Historical Marker ("subject marker") located on property. Old charm waiting to be put back in its original charm or, a whatever the imagination holds! Lots of original wood through out. According to the owner, there is located on the property an old sistern with an old well behind it and a sistern underneath front porch. There are 4 fireplaces of which 2 you can't see, behind walls. There are 2 "package" A/C units for heating and cooling located on main floor. There is a floor furnace with an old pot belly stove, coal fired, used to heat the furnace next to half bath, not used in years. Wooden beams are not solid. Stained glass windows will not convey. Located on an old fault line.
