372 Quaker St, Weare, NH 03281

Beautiful location in Weare! Surrounded by other antique homes, this property is comprised of land on both sides of the road. The vacant site across the street is an open field surrounded by stone walls. The home is in poor condition and will likely be a tear down or full rehab. There is a wildlife pond with beavers on the abutting property which has crept in and overtaken most of the back yard, and the detached barn is sitting in water. Barn is not safe. Please do not walk around the house or land without contacting agent first. There are people living in the property that cannot be disturbed. Agents, please read non-public remarks before contacting agent. Cash buyers only! Being sold as-is.
