This wonderful home is in need of some work but is one of the nicest homes in Freedom Village. It has been in the same family for almost all of its life and for the past 20+ years has been lived in by just the one owner. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and 1 bedroom and an additional bath are on the first floor The bedrooms all have good sized closets, especially for a home of this age. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all nice sized rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the dining room has a woodstove. The house has almost all of its origional woodwork and still has Indian shutters. The barn is a 2 story barn with parking for a car and plenty of room for a workshop and storage. The land is 1 1/2 acres in size and a large portion of the land is lawn. The driveway is paved and you drive right into the barn. There will be an open house Sunday, August 11 from 10 AM to 1 PM
