The former Black River Baptist Church built in 1858, is presently being used as a workshop. The roof has been recently re-shingled and a new concrete floor has been poured and plumbed for in-floor heat. The seller has prepared the western wall of the building for a large sliding door. The seller will either re-frame the area or complete the door install. At present there is no water source or septic on-site. The building could be used for a variety of uses from dry storage to work shop or a cottage or home. High speed fibre op service is available.
