331 Antrim Main St, Wellsboro, PA 16901
This Church was built in 1882 of hand cut stone taken from a local quarry in Antrim, which was an old coal mining town. Back in that time, the total cost to build this now historic building was a mere$13,000. It is said to be "one of the most substantial church edifices in northern PA. " All stained glass windows are original and intact. All pews and other decorative pieces including the church bell are still in the church, a true step back in time. In the basement area, there is a 2 bedroom apartment that until just recently had been rented by a long term tenant. Would make a great vacation rental property or even a full-time residence.
