Historic home on a large corner lot! Spencer Home, circa 1840, is a greek revival treasure listed on the Port Gibson Historic Tour that needs a bit of love. The front of the house is pegged together with wooden pegs rather than nails. The main floor of this antebellum home features 12' ceilings. Some of the house still has the original cypress floors and doors. Restoration may qualify for federal and state tax credits.
