This Roaring Twenties Home Has Charm and History! Built in 1920 by Paul Whaley as in Logan and Whaley for his daughter as a wedding present. This home has four bedrooms, three baths but the original house plans that are hanging in the living room have a bedroom downstairs in what is the office currently. Formal dining, butlers pantry, breakfast nook, two sun rooms and two set of stairs one being service stairs. The woodwork and beveled glass are incredible. Fenced in yard with a 30x30 metal garage/workshop. With some TLC this home could be brought back to its splendor!
