Architectural guide books note: "It is unusual in having Gothic-style pointed arches in the decorative gallery trim. " Notable woodwork, with transoms, throughout the first floor. Formal living room and dining room have fireplaces with over mantles. All four bedrooms in the house have their separate baths.
