2521 Layfette St, Saint Joseph, MO 64507

This home is almost completely original to when it was built. The kitchen has been renovated 20 years ago but has a historic decorative tin ceiling, custom cabinets, the rest of the home adorns all of its original spandrels, fireplaces, pocket doors, light fixtures, woodwork and an abundance of stained leaded glass windows. The home is heated by hot water boiler heat and cooled by window units and ceiling fans. The bedrooms are fairly large and spacious as well as the front and back parlors and formal dining room. All measurements are more or less. Outside features a very nice wraparound porch that leads to an enclosed porch. A second floor veranda and a nice 2 car garage.
