Vacation Rental/Part Time Residence/Full Time home. All options are here in this 1932 brick school house on 1 acre with easy access to Sidie Hollow Park. Civil War Colonel Reuben May purchased land in the area after the war and donated 1 acre for a public school. This buidling is the second building on the site as the first one burned. New Roof in 2014 and some tuck pointing in 2021. Has been a summer rental recently. Open layout with chalkboards and many other school items still present. Also attic area with about 8 foot clearance at peak if you want additional space to finish or storage. Well present-not currently functional, septic not present-owner has approved design for install. Building is 32 x 36 with 12 x 14 entry/stair area. Kitchen/Bedroom assigned to side rooms.
