Built in 1938, with very few modifications except updates, this house has a lot of character. The owner has the original blueprints for the house that he will pass on to the new owner(s). The owner planted an English garden in front of the house and did so in a way that the flowers all bloom at different times. There are also some unique features like a little safe in one of the closets and a cedar closet.
