Beautiful , well maintained church on 2 acres of land, situated on 200 feet of the magnificent Bras d'Or Lakes. This building is limitless in what it could become; a family home, a cottage, a business, a multi family summer home! This church it situated in a hallow along the shores of the Bras d'Or Lakes. It was built in 1886 by a master ship builder and carpenter and is an excellent example of Gothic architecture. On the main floor you will find the large gathering room in addition to a staircase from the vestibule to a balcony that overlooks this great room. Two offices and a room off the side entrance round out the main floor. The basement has high ceilings, is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. This building has great bones! A tranquil shore line of Cape Breton awaits, hurry, it won't last long!
