So much history in this home. I hope it finds a buyer.

I was completely distracted from the home, which looks like a great project for this stone house, by the gas station!! You do the house I have visions of an early to mid century gas station with all the car “stuff” pumps, lots of oil cans, fan belts, wipers etc. to fill those shelves. Good place to keep a couple of classic cars as well.
Looks like someone removed a lot of the origional features of the house, at least I think so. That ceiling is brand new as are some of the plywood blocking up the windows.

Why?

Due diligence… the gas station is a peach, but hopefully the tanks are long gone and the soil tested.
