This house is a 1907 true Queen Anne architectural gem. At 116 years old this house still has most of its architectural detail in place. Incredible stained glass throughout, gorgeous oak floors and woodwork, bathroom vanities have original marble. For the purist, the great news is that where modifications have been made, original pieces and parts are stored in the house. An incredible front porch made for entertaining. You could literally put up a dining table for a fun summer dinner. Front parlor, with working pocket doors and parlor doors so your guests can lounge while you clean up. Living room, massive dining room with built in cabinets and original wood inlays in the floor. Kitchen is big enough for entertaining while you cook. Three fireplaces, two of which have been rehabbed with gas logs but can also be wood burning if you want that. Updated electrical, plumbing. Each floor is over 2000 square feet so there are two new central HVAC systems -one down and a separate for up. Full walk up attic and a gorgeous three story oak staircase going from the ground floor up to the attic. Full unfinished basement, in the exact layout as the first floor- in other words, this house was built with every wall having a block, stone and concrete foundation supporting it. So many windows, so much natural sunlight in this house. The evening western sunset is magnificent shining through the stained glass in the entry/staircase. Southern facing, so beautiful sunlight all day long. On a street that's historic and chock full of beautiful historic homes. All of them kept so well. True pride of ownership in this neighborhood and in this home. Also a gorgeous new owens corning roof with a transferable warranty and gorgeous new copper gutters frame the porch. As the new owners you will be proud of this house. Home features Five large bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, fenced-in yard, covered front porch, and detached garage.
