The sisters! Big sister and Little Sister...This property is the little sister and needs some structural work improvements in both the house and the barn. The kitchen floor is unsafe to navigate and therefore there are 2 first floor rooms that are not accessible. The location is amazing. Located in the village with village zoning, this 1/2 acre parcel is flat and lovely. Soil should be good for a cottage garden as it is at the edge of the farmland that stretched thru Westminster. A call to the Historical Preservation Board was profitable and it looks like you can remove the building and rebuild with an appropriate architecture. The location is so special, it is worth the trouble. Or, save this incredibly historic home, with generations of family history. Please review the pictures before making an appointment as this will be a cash only sale. Being sold AS IS.
