13 Wilcox Rd Spur Rd, Harpersfield, NY 13786
Historic former tavern on the Catskill Turnpike. Built circa 1800 this post and beam structure will require extensive restoration. Entirely made up of hand hewn beams with wide pine board floors, original doors and trim in some places, incredible untouched original staircase. Nice setting on a section of turnpike that was bypassed when NYState Rt. 23 was re-routed in the 1960s. While not for the faint of heart this presents an incredible opportunity to restore a true historic landmark. No kitchen or working bathrooms. Most recently used as a single family home.
