Boteler, a well known St. Joseph Optometrist, commissioned this 3 story Chateauesque brick structure construction and designed by Edmond Eckel. Current owner has done the following: Replaced rotted decking, re-roof with TPO, insulation board, rebuilt perimeter parapet walls, tuck pointed majority of front fa?ade, tear down and re-laid brickwork above 3rd story French doors. Custom roofing caps & flashing. Stain glass saved.
