The house is built and finished in the most thorough manner'' (from the foundation) ''to the elegant ornamentation stucco (plaster) finish of the parlor...'' This 2800 square foot home has four bedroom with a carriage house and five garages. There are actually two kitchens: the newly remodeled kitchen on the first floor and a second kitchen on the second floor that has been uses as a secondary unit. The carriage house could easily be converted into a second unit with its own entry or used as a studio or workshop.
