Excellent example of American Queen Anne Eastlake Cottage style architecture. This historic home was erected in 1889. Includes a Cupola that is a small room, Called a Secret Room , by children. Interesting characteristics include 3 large bay windows, asymmetrical wraparound porch and porch on east side featuring decorative trim, 3 sets of recessed pocket doors and ornate fireplace. The house retains its original doors with transom windows and woodwork. This Painted Lady has been a featured home on Plattsburg's Historic Homes Tour. One of a kind with lots of updates including fresh exterior paint and refinished original hardwood oak floors. Double lot with fenced back yard which is a rare find in the city limits!
