Former Ritz Carriage House now known as the Richardson-Kennedy house. Historic Victorian home in the heart of Elmira. While this structure is currently non-livable, there are so many hints at it's past charm that someone is going to discover this home and transform it into something stunning! In Elmira's far past, a grand residential home. It has also served as a commercial space, as well as being segregated into apartments in its most recent past. A fire in October 2007 damaged the building but the Near Westside Neighborhood Assoc received a grant and stabilized the home.
