Stately large victorian home with original woodwork throughout! This home is in the secluded Macon Place neighborhood between downtown and the West End. Owner has lovingly restored many of the rooms to original. Hardwood flooring and leaded glass windows throughout. The main floor living spaces includes a bathroom, laundry and living area with several fireplaces. As you tour to the second floor, There are two addtional bedrooms, a Master with en suite, fireplace, walk in closet and dressing room. Plus 2 rooms that could be used for offices, etc. The third floor has two more bedrooms with jack and jill bath, another Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, addtional bathrooms and storage room. Per owner, roof replaced in 2004, new boiler in 2012. Red oak floors installed 1927. First floor staircase/woodwork are oak. This was previously multi family that she made into single family but easy to convert back. Seperate meters were refitted to single meter. Room dimensions not accurate until professionally measured.
