310 Church St, Brownsville, PA 15417

This building, once known as the Parish House , is located in the Historical District of Brownsville has an endless amount of possibilities. The location is zoned for commercial and residential, so it can be turned into your home, an event center, shop/ boutique, or a restaurant. There is a newer metal roof, newer concrete steps, and the wood work has been refinished. Some of the original work is still remaining, including stained glass windows, hand crafted ceiling and spandrels. The front of the building is the original hand cut stone and granite and the rear addition (added in 1908) is sandstone. This building is full of potential and has two floors under the main level that are quite unique.
