Built in 1905 and restored in 2006, this Victorian home is located in historic downtown Dennison. Enter from the front porch through the beautiful front door into a large foyer with original woodwork and a grand staircase. The main level has a large living room, den with a fireplace, huge dining room and a sunroom, kitchen and full bathroom. The stained glass windows and hardwood floors are beautiful. You can go upstairs through the grand staircase or the back stairway. There you will find 3 large bedrooms and two baths. The third floor attic is finished and provides a 4th bedroom that could be a game room, studio, office, etc. The Dennison Depot, a National Historic Landmark, is one block away with popular eateries. This beautiful home was once used as the Trainmaster Inn and is available with certain furnishings. The mechanical system in the home including plumbing, electrical were upgraded in 2006. Hot water heater new in 2022. The 3rd floor finished attic is heated by electric baseboard and cooled by a window unit. Outside of home needs to be painted. Would make a great Bed & Breakfast. Outside entrance as well as inside entrance to the basement. Eleven boxes of extra kitchen tile to remain. Extra wallpaper for entryway.
