Fantastic small town living in the quiet village of Magdalena. 100+ year old house very well maintained original features down to the decorative door knobs and stone garage. Original hardwood floors throughout, new paint, wood burning stove and fireplace. This historic home (it's on the national registry) was built in 1910 and is referred to as the Magdalena House. Mountain views in all directions come see what this town has to offer. Home is close to town but far enough to enjoy the views of the mountains. Original stone workshop/ Garage that dates back the early 1900's very relaxing expansive porch that wraps around the house. Magdalena boasts several galleries, arts and crafts stores as well as specialty shops.
