Own a piece of history......historic boyhood home of President Grover Cleveland. Charming Village colonial. Entrance hall, living room with a fireplace, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen with very nice wood cabinets, first floor bedroom, full bath and heated porch. The second floor has two bedrooms, a sitting area or office space and a full bath. There is a door from the front of the property to a room on the lower level that is semi-finished and to the rest of the basement. Beautiful large lot with gardens. Detached garage. Newer mechanicals. This is a must see!

Ma ma where’s my pa? Funny not. Great house though, kattycorner kitchen installation notwithstanding.

I wonder why the own or county hasn’t bought this house for a little museum. Oh well, their loss, someone’s gain.
I’d definatly redo the kitchen. It needs a serious reconfiguration-and I’d love to see if there’s hardwood under the linoleum. I love that door going into the basement, in the foundation-I’ve never seen that before! I’d love more photos.
