The old Historic LeRoy School. Stone building with exterior over a foot thick. Still has the old lunch box shelving and some cabinets, tin ceiling (some damage) and hardwood flooring. Possibly tin ceiling above drop ceiling and hardwood under flooring in kitchen living rm and bedroom. Other heat= Family room has old stand alone gas heater. Baby grand conveys.Windows galore. Bath/ laundry combo.Crawl space has sump pumps. Small fenced area. One car garage needs some work. Large concrete slab. Security system does not convey. FEMA Map Zone X
