105 S Grape St, Morrison, IL 61270

Believed to have been built in 1888, this home holds so much history and features the first in Morrison to feature the Queen Anne architectural style. It has undergone changes over the years, but it still reflects the quality of the original. (See some history articles attached to the MLS.) The woodwork, stair case and stain glassed windows are amazing! Previously used as a tea room and hosting small venues, the current owner uses the second story for the living quarters offering 3 bedrooms, a living room (with fire place), full bath and bonus room. The main floor offers a full kitchen, large pantry, parlor (with fire place), living room (with fire place), dining room, bedroom/library, laundry and full bath. Narrow hardwood floors throughout most of the main floor and some in the second floor. The shed once was used to house a pony. Some newer updates include the boiler, vinyl siding and roof. Currently 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Could convert 1 room on the main and the second to make a total of 5 bedrooms. The property is situated on a large corner lot. SALE PENDING SELLER FINDING HOME OF CHOICE. BEING SOLD AS IS. Ask your realtor for additional history on this home.
