Check out this commercial store front with a two bedroom apartment in the basement for extra income. There are many opportunities with this property. One would be either run a business out of the main level and live/rent out the lower level. You could also decide to renovate the main level into an apartment and have dual incomes from the duplex. Bonus for the Buyer, the storage shed in the back yard is included along with refrigerator and stove. Any offers need to be voted on by HCCP Inc. before acceptance. Any and ALL offers will be presented to them by listing agent April 8th 2022. Some features and updates with this multi use property are 2021 a new sewer system was installed with a lift pump and clean outs for approximately $8,000.00, also the roof seams were re-sealed. 2017 the basement was remodeled to a 2 bedroom apartment with some renovations such as wiring, fire alarms and lighting. There are 2 furnaces 1 for the main level and 1 for the lower apartment. There is a bit of History that comes with the property, a stained glass window called "Grand Army of Republic post 216" and the Organ is very unique. Both pieces among other have had interested parties in them if the buyer of the property decides to remodel the main level. Please note that this was previously a Church and then owned by a non-profit organization for the last 11 years. Property taxes are an estimate by the Howard County Assessors office, if property becomes a duplex residential rental. If it is used as a commercial store front property taxes maybe more. Some square footage is estimated also due to lack of information assessor sheet has on property due to it originally being a church. Currently basement has been remodeled into a 2 bedroom apartment. Main level has many fixtures-features that could be sold if remodeled into a duplex to reduce construction cost.
