    Geeze- this is the kind of place I would’ve bought -even 15 years ago- and said ” I’m sure I’m crazy, but…”
    I guess I’m just over the hill now, but it is actually tempting! I wonder what kind of scat that is all over the place???

    Could be racoon. Those little Devils can get into spaces that you never thought. Had to call someone when a mama coon went down a chimney and had her kits there. Looking at this house the roof looks bad and there is what looks like some torn up insulation on the floors, probably from the ceiling. Also I noticed a large space in the brick foundation. Otherwise I love the floors the woodwork and the property. Could be a stellar home!

    Beautiful old house that seems to have escaped remodeling except for the kitchen and bathroom. Is that an original light fixture in the front hall? (pic #3) Love this place.

    Lots left to work with. Needs power washing and heavy indoor cleaning.
    Then you can make a plan of attack. Well worth the price of elbow grease.
