Downstairs heated by Natural gas furnace, no heat or air on the second level. Floored attic space for storage. It is a Cook's Quarters with fireplace not attached to house. This home needs repairs and is being sold as-is maybe just right gem for a cash buyer. This home is in the Historical District.
