This home has an abundance of mature trees including apple, maple, lilac, etc. Some of the plumbing has been replaced with pex. 125 amp breaker panel. Balcony installed of the bedroom upstairs approximately 8 years ago. This property would make an ideal year round or summer home if renovations were completed. Fireplaces and wood stoves are not WETT Certified.
