This family cottage has lots of life left in it and needs someone who appreciates a very nice plot of land with great potential. On the downside, there is no well at the house, no septic system in place, the heating system is suspect and the wiring is very outdated. The floors are a little crooked and there may have been a chipmunk or two taking up residence until recently. On the upside, the lot is great and located on a fairly private road that leads to some fantastic hiking, biking and snowmobiling. The main structure could absolutely be restored and brought back to life. The ceilings are high, the windows let in ample sunlight and the memories you make while making this your dream cabin in the woods are priceless.
