Own a piece of local history. This former Odd Fellows meeting hall in Arkville has been extensively renovated, but the unique character remains intact. The top story features soaring 11-foot ceilings and wainscoting throughout. Even the peep hole'' remains in the main entry door to the meeting space.Today, the historic property features an approximate 1,300-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment on the top floor.
