Rare opportunity to own a piece of history with this Queen Anne Victorian home. The "Moore House" (with a historical designation) is a work in progress and is looking for someone to continue restoring it to its original grandeur. The interior retains architectural details from another time...massive pocket doors, transoms, a turret and 5 fireplaces. Some expensive items have already been completed (a new roof using polymer tiles with a 50 yr warranty, the house leveled, new plumbing and some updated electrical wiring). The fully floored attic is huge and was once used as a ballroom...lots of potential for additional living space. There is still much to be done and this beauty is just waiting for the right person to complete her transformation.
