This Gorgeous house had me at the first pic. ALL those perfectly clipped round little Boxwoods just marching along. Wonderful. Not allowed to grow into large amorphous masses of greenery. Much more work to keep them like this but I am such a sucker for small rounds of greenery just toddling along. And all those lovely trees. Just beautiful.

And then there is the house. A thing of beauty which would be a joy forever to own.

The rolling ladder on a track to reach the wine storage is unique!

I noticed that as well. Very clever! Love the exterior of this home.

Bethany thank you for clarifying what the ladder was doing in the kitchen. I missed the wine rack but will go back and look closer. This house is amazing!

Is very unusual to have a wine rack so high up!! Maybe trying to keep out of teenager hands…….lol…..?
Huge beautiful house – even though way too much wallpaper going on for my taste.

Absolutely stunning home. So well cared for with much obvious love. This is one of a kind that anyone would be proud to call home. I just love this place.

I love those transom windows over the doors. I wonder if they are operable.

I see quite a few of them open so I imagine all of them are still set up to open. That said, I see no operable hardware for the transom windows. Typically there is a rod that hangs down that opens the transom window when pulled. I don’t see any on these. Perhaps they were removed. I’d want them all operable as it’s an easy way to move the air around and still maintain privacy!

I love this house. The only thing I’d even try to change would be to make the showers a bit larger. I would move in it as is, though. The staircase and stained glass windows are gorgeous. I love the butler’s pantry and the built-in china closet in the dining room. That Vulcan stove is pretty sweet, too! I’d move to KY for this one, but it’s above my budget.
