Please, please, please don’t let a flipper buy this and paint anything that isn’t painted. We know how these flips go in Washington…

Is that tile over the sink in the bathroom with the “brick” walls?

  3. I was thinking the same thing about the finish on the sink, toilet, and tub in the bathroom. It looks like the bathroom is on an enclosed porch?

Where is Brett from “Restored”. He should be the only person allowed to touch it before I move in!

Absolutely wonderful Craftsman home!! I love it. The wood floors need a little work, the carpet needs to come up from upstairs, and that sink on the back porch bathroom………like an old Elton John prop……..or something. Very interesting.
