Old Missouri Bend school house is for sale. This one hundred year old building comes with two acres of land and a great location in the Honey Lake Valley. This is a diamond in the ruff. About 1,123 square feet and 12' ceilings! A little office leads to the laundry room and full bathroom. Outside has vinyl siding and a composition roof. A little imagination and you could have a great investment. This property will not qualify for a mortgage. Bring your cash offers!
