This is an unbelievable find! This Lincoln County house and 77.92 +/- acres located in the WEST Lincoln School District is a MUST SEE! The land has been in the family since 1840 and they still have a copy of the Land Deed signed by President Martin Van Buren. The house was built in 1879 and is neat as a pin. It would make a great restoration project or camp but is also move in ready as it is. It's 3 bedroom/1 bath with living room, dining room, kitchen and enclosed mudroom in the back. It has been well maintained and it shows. From the 1955 Chrysler window A/C (that still works) to the 1964 copies of Life Magazine on the coffee table, the history and provenance of this old house is what gives it all its charm. The acreage contains a mix of mature hardwoods and pine timber with a small pond and a small creek. There are a few interior trails and the deer and turkey hunting are great. Easy access from I-55 at exit 30. The sellers are also including any Mineral Rights they may own!
