Matlock School House it comes with original blackboard, outhouse, old well pump that needs some work. The property does have part of the Bourbese branch going through the property. This unique property was built in 1900 and used as a school house till the early 1960's. Since that time it been used as a hunting cabin. Property is in a flood plain but it does not look like the school house is. Owner made 3 small bedrooms in the back of the school but these walls can be taken back out. There is a room that sort of a kitchen. This is a must see , one of a kind.
