Charming craftsman home! This four bedroom, 2 bathroom, home is a rare find! Original, beautiful hardwood floors, trim, leaded windows, and built-ins run throughout the home. A gorgeous front door opens into a spacious living area with high ceilings and large windows with over-sized wood trim allow for great daylight. More stunning deco-trim leads into a large dining room with built-in hutch. Just off the dining room is the master bedroom with bathroom. Also off the dining room through a swinging butler's door is the kitchen. High ceilings continue in the kitchen with a great layout. Also on the main floor is a separate laundry room. Upstairs the original hardwood floors continue into 3 bedrooms. Also upstairs is a spacious full bathroom with an updated vanity with a granite countertop and huge storage closet with built-ins. There is also a partially finished basement with tons of storage space. Outside this home has great curb appeal with a covered full front porch, a 30 x 10 detached garage, dual AC units-one for upstairs and one for downstairs, alley access, mature trees. Additional lots to the west are also available for purchase. Great location, just 2 blocks south of the main business district in Anthony. In walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, and banks.

GAH!!! Craftsman is quickly becoming my kryptonite. Add Kansas in there – my folks were both born and raised, almost ALL the fam is there and I lived in Wichita and would go back in a heartbeat. Might have to start working on The Hubs …

  3. This is adorable..But only 1 shot of the kitchen & 2 of the bathroom.. And none of the bedrooms or yard..Unless I’m missing some..But I love what I do see..I agree the kitchen island is wonderful & looks homemade or at least the top..A very sweet house..
