This absolutely adorable 3 bedroom craftsman style home transports you to the days of yesteryear when life was simpler yet the detail was far from simple. As soon as you drive onto the long, brick-lined driveway and walk up to the turn-of-the-century looking front porch and doorway, you realize that this is no ordinary home. With it's original hardwood floors and narrow staircase, you can't help but feel nostalgic and allow your imagination to dream of the wonderful families and their subsequent stories that preceded what you will be fortunate enough to enjoy as well. As you soak in it's claw-foot bathtub, you relish in the fact that you live in a home that encapsulates the perfect marriage between a much slower time in history with St Augustine's current growth as one of Florida's fastest growing cities; boasting a lifestyle that is clearly second to none! This is the home that you've been waiting for!

It’s an interesting mixture of design on this home. Parts of it look craftsman as stated in the description while other parts look to pre-date the 1920 build date?

Still, quite a charming home and you can’t beat the climate!

  2. I used to live in St. Aug! How I wish I could snag this home! So many wonderful buildings there, too!
