    When John Shiflet and I were doing an architectural photo survey of Delphi I took a picture of this one. I could not believe someone covered this fine brick Italianate in vinyl. This is actually a very fair price for this but I want to drive over from Logansport when whomever buys this peels it as I want to document the big reveal.

    Looks as though someone was going for the “white Greek Revival” look. I agree with Paul that it would be nice to see the brick that’s hiding under all the vinyl. The gothic details of the front entry seem interesting to me given the style of the rest of the house.

      I actually love the kitchen & this is a fantastic home, it just needs to be freed!! What a great home for the right person to restore!!
