This house is quite the princess! an 8-column craftsman with a deep and long front porch, built in 1907 by norman davenport for his bride. a family of 5 lived here from 1926-33, and the next family made it their home until the late 1990s. kitchen and 1 bath were remodeled in 2014. retro appliances with commercial-style gas range (big chill), all new cabinets (toulmin cabinetry), lighting, and plumbing fixtures. heart pine floors throughout. magnificent 12' ceilings throughout. beautiful original stained woodwork throughout, including 4 fireplaces with original hearths and mantels, beadboard ceilings, and wainscoting. phenomenal, original, working double-hung windows throughout with the original wavy glass. 5 acres of lawn with enormous shade trees are perfect for entertaining.
