38 Dominion St, Truro, Nova Scotia B2N 3P1

This was one of Truro's finest homes until frozen pipes caused water to flow through the ceilings reaching the main floor. Considerable damage was caused but nothing that is not repairable. The Queen Anne style adds so much charm to the neighborhood and will make a magnificent property that could have three separate units or two residential and the main floor used for professional offices. This property is completely restorable and most of the woodwork that was removed is still there to be reused to return it to its gracious state. The gleaming hardwood floors have not been damaged and are in very good condition. Some of the other features are three fireplaces, lovely stained glass windows, four year old furnace and a fiberglass oil tank. Priced so the repair work can be done and it will be an excellent investment.
